Open Settings > Privacy & Data. You can export your practice history as a JSON file, delete individual entries from the Log, or delete all synchronized practice history and check-ins. Deletions are also sent to your other devices through iCloud when synchronization completes.
Practice history, session duration, breath-hold times, and check-ins stay available offline and synchronize automatically through your private iCloud database when the device is signed in to iCloud. Use the same Apple Account on your other iPhone or iPad. Favorites, app settings, and reminder choices remain specific to each device.
If an entry does not appear immediately, keep both devices online and open MyBreathing briefly. Synchronization resumes automatically after a temporary connection or iCloud-account problem.
Open MyBreathing Settings and use the Apple Health control. MyBreathing requests write-only access for Mindful Session records and does not read Health data. Records already written to Apple Health must be managed in the Health app.
Open Settings > Practice Reminder to choose a time, weekdays, and an optional exercise. You can also manage notification permission in iOS Settings.
